Our Adventure Cycling recruits will be encouraged to continue with the area club's development racing programs. The Echelon Project will start in 2007 with an Espoir Level cycling team supporting riders ages 18-23. The aim is to provide the chance for racers to be given the tools to progress from the local level to provincial, national and international levels.

Rides will be given the chance to gain:

1. involvement in healthy and vibrant local competitive cycling scene.
2. access to regional, provincial, national and international competitive paths.
3. regional, national and international travel opportunities.

I've found that luck is quite predictable. If you want more luck, take more chances. Be more active. Show up more often.....Brian Tracy
